My god, the bar for Panda Express is not high, but this location can never seem to hit even that mark. Their food is what you'd expect, but the service is horrible. I'm not sure how the manager is still employed. Every time I come into this establishment, I have to wait at least five minutes even if there's no one in front of me in line. Then when I finally do get my food it's still not usually when I would get in terms of serving size from other locations. I bring this up with the manager and they never apologize they just say that's what we have here and then just move on. This most recent time, I had to wait for three minutes while the clerk got their cash till reset. While there was another cash till right next to her, and they would not ring me out. I'm incredibly displeased with this I will never come back to this Panda Express and I suggest you do the same

Food was wilted and going bad. I wanted steamed veggies but not the ones they had displayed. I was willing to wait for fresh veggies. So I got fresh veggies but old mushroom chicken. Go to Sugarhouse or Redwood road. Avoid this location at all costs.

My sis and I were craving their cream cheese rangoons. We drove to 3 other locations before calling ahead to be sure this location had them. Sndy answered the phone and assured us we could come right in to pick up (4 orders-12 rangoons) hot and fresh. We were thrilled to finally get what we were craving. We love Panda for quick "Chinese" food nights and would highly recommend this location in particular. We have visited several other locations and have found that this location always has fresher food and ALL of the menu items, and if they don't have them pre-made they are always willing to quickly make them while you wait. This is my favorite location and despite being further from my home I will continue to frequent this location and enjoy the best!

Mediocre at best. This was one of the worst meals I've had at a Panda Express. I don't know what the problem was with the food tonight, but it was NOT good. I will not be going back to this location. GROSS!

The food is good but expect to wait, I have been here 3 times in the past month (not by my choice) and every time they are out of the popular dishes, then they tell you 3 minutes and it really takes 10. I went here a good hour plus before they closed and they were out of egg rolls for the night, when asked if they can cook more they told me no, cream cheese wontons, no, ummm, ok thanks. My kung poa always has no peanuts and the walnut shrimp missing walnuts. Not a very good location and not very helpful, I gave them 2 stars cause I like the food, when in stock and has all the ingredients.

Not a fan of chain foods especially chinese food but i went at noon, height of lunch rush and the food was fresh unlike panda food ive experienced thats been sitting there. Customer service is awesome and they handled the rush professionally and efficiently. I was really impressed.

I am a big fan of Panda Express. The food tastes good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is decent. I've had real Chinese food before and this isn't it. But, this stuff tastes good and I love it. Real Chinese food is fine, but if you have eaten Panda Express your whole life, like me, then real Chinese food will be a very different culinary experience. The real stuff is probably a lot healthier than what they serve here, but I don't go to Panda Express to count calories. For cheap, good tasting Americanized Chinese food I would definitely recommend this place.

Went on to get food before work the door said they opened at 10:30 they didn't open the doors till 10:45 and they still hadn't made the rice or the Chow Mein it took 10 minutes for the rice and another 10 for the Chow Mein, they had no egg rolls, spring rolls or shrimp. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times before she got the rice and noodles and then again after she got them. I only gave them one star because I Yelp requires you to, However I will not be going to this location again.

They really should clean the place better. Balcony was full of food debris. Also there are no knifes. Why?

Disappointing:(....The girls in the front seemed friendly but when they asked the cook behind them to start a wok of mixed veggies, he seemed less than thrilled:-/ The mixed veggies (and I use that term loosely) they already had in the window were shrunken like, if you would say, almost looked like dehydrated veggies. Hence, why I asked if there was an extra batch coming out soon. I had to wait, obviously, for "4minutes". I got to texting and face booking and realized it'd been about 10 minutes after. It wasn't busy at all but the girls behind the counter never let me know the veggies were done. Although I had to wait further for veggies, when I brought everything home to my family, we had to reheat and even then all the other food I had got, you could tell, had been out for awhile as well. I know it's fast food "chinese" but could we make a better effort in rotating in some freshly made food???

It's your basic Panda Express. I tried the new steak dish (an extra $1.25). It was pretty good for fast food. I do love the on line survey they offer on the back of each receipt. Fill it out within 48 hours and you'll get a free serving next time you come back. I used to eat at Panda Express's all the time and did this every time. I noticed this particular Panda Express gets super busy at lunch time.

Yuck. The food is usually rubbery after being under heat lamps or the selections I want are out. At least they're inexpensive.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
